Ninja rates vary depending on what each client specifically needs to have done. Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting of kitchens, bathrooms, windows (Inside ONLY) & mirrors. Organizing of cupboards, closets, garages, storage areas or basements are also included. For these tasks the standard rate of $25 per hour applies.
Special Services usually require the proper cleaning equipment and specialty cleaners or solutions. These tasks are time consuming, dirty, difficult and overall unpleasant; hence the higher rate per hour.
Special Services such as:
- Refrigerators, Blinds, Walls & Baseboards have a higher rate of $30 per hour
- Oven cleaning has a flat rate of $30 (Per Oven)
- Carpet & Upholstery rate is $45 per hour (Including Carpet Cleaning Solutions)
