One Time Cleaning
Ninja One Time Cleanings are usually for people moving in or out of a residence and/or those who have little or no time to clean the home themselves.
The Ninja Services offered include: Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing of walls & baseboards, windows (Inside only) and the complete cleaning and disinfecting of kitchens, bathrooms, basements and garages. The cleaning supplies and equipment are included if need be.
The Ninja rate is $35 per hour (2 HOUR MINIMUM)
$50 TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL

Special Services usually require the proper cleaning equipment and specialty cleaners or solutions. These tasks are time consuming, dirty, difficult and overall unpleasant; hence the higher rate per hour.
Special Services such as:
- Refrigerators, Blinds, Walls & Baseboards have a higher rate of $40 per hour
- Oven cleaning has a flat rate of $40 (Per Oven)
- Carpet & Upholstery rate is $55 per hour (Including Carpet Cleaning Solutions)
Assessing the client's One Time Cleaning solution is done during the suggested FREE CONSULTATION. This is simply an estimate to judge the amount of time needed for the Ninja to accomplish the cleaning. Free Consultations are not mandatory but they do help the scheduling process as well as inform the client of a reasonable estimate and time line.
